1. Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller - Unidentified Network Issue

   I accept spent a great deal of time over the final few days trying to resolve a problem which prevented me from using the wired connection to my router. I followed all the advice available online which involved updating drivers, resetting IP stack etc etc. I besides had 2 long conversation sessions with Microsoft which involved repair updates to Windows which had no issue on the underlying consequence. The last advice was to fill-in all my data and install fresh version of Windows which would resolve the consequence - I respectfully refused to practise this!In my item example the consequence was caused by the Realtek NIC havi

   KB4560960 and KB4565483 Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller Issues

   Post-obit the install of KB4560960 and subsequent reboot, the Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller reports a code 10 in device manager and logs to the arrangement issue log:

   "Realtek PCIe GbE Family unit Controller : Could not find a network adapter."

   I rolled this KB back and all was fine.

   Installation of KB4565483 has had the same effect and I have had to roll it back likewise.

   Other contempo KB installs have been fine:

   KB4565633

   KB4565554

   KB4497464

   Realtek Driver version is 10.38.118.2019 and is WHQL signed

   Has anyone else encountered the same issue with either or both of these updates?
